Starting October 2021, the budget for the Rosary dome is $37,000 to be a sponsor therefore the required minimum donation is 10% of $37,000 or $3,700 (or Philippine Peso equivalent), payable upon acceptance, provided the sponsor commits to assist in raising the balance of 90% or $33,300 by inviting donors from families, friends, associates, acquaintances, and others to donate at least $1,000 each for the specified dome.
