Fatima of Asia is instituted by the Marian World Mission, a joint evangelical mission of Marian World Foundation, Inc. (USA) and Marian Formation Centers, Inc. (Philippines). The Marian Formation is owned by Daughters of Mary, Mother of the Church Institute, a religious Institute of Pontifical Rights by virtue of a Decree granted by the Holy Father Benedict XVI on May 29, 2012.  The Mission is managed by the Marian World Mission (Philippines), Inc. guided by the Board of Trustees composed of 2 priests appointed by the Bishop of the Diocese, the Mother Superior and 3 sisters of the Daughters of Mary and 5 lay persons representing the Marian World Foundation, Inc. USA.
